We are fortunate to have a lovely deck, pool and yard
The yard is spacious and inviting. The deck has multiple levels and the options of a quiet table for one for reading and listening to the birds or larger table groupings for friends to enjoy the outdoors together. There are, of course, extra chairs, sun umbrellas and an cooking area with a gas BBQ. The pool is heated and ready for you to take a relaxing dip. There is a small cabana in the yard that offers privacy as a change room. Oh yes, and there's a hot tub too. As you will see from the sign there is not regularly a lifeguard available but if there are children or people who wish to swim alone one may easily be requested. Just read the sign carefully for details.
For those who like the sounds of nature around them, we do have quite a few birds that visit our yard. They don't seem to be deterred by human activity and the sounds of voices from the pool. There is a feeder and birdbath down in the corner of the yard and there are a couple of chairs back there for those who just want to sit quietly and read or watch the ongoing activity.
